Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking details.

The custom journal is shipped within 3-5 days. This is because each custom journal is made to order.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75 NZD, free Australian shipping on orders over $99 AUD, and free international shipping on orders over $299 USD.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes you can! If your order was placed less than 2 hours ago, you can change your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Simply reach out to our support team: help@brighterjournals.com. Make sure to include the order number and details you've entered that you'd like to change.

If it's been more than 2 hours since you placed your order, we may not be able to change your details, but we'll certainly do our best to assist you.

Help! My order hasn't been delivered?

Shipping can take up to 14 business days. If your order hasn't been delivered please contact our support team: help@brighterjournals.com. We will investigate the issue and do our best to help with a timely resolution.

Cancel my order.

If your order was placed less than 2 hours ago, you can cancel your order. Simply reach out to our support team: help@brighterjournals.com
If it's been more than 2 hours since you placed your order, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order, but we'll certainly do our best to assist you.

Our Journals

Can I request personalized journal pages?

We currently only offer small changes to the current journal pages.
You can send in a request to help@brighterjournals.com within 2 hours after purchase.

Why doesn't everything offer double-sided printing?

We offer double-sided printing for every journal page in our store.
You can send us a double-sided printing request to help@brighterjournals.com within 2 hours after purchase. Don't forget to add your order number and from left to right how you want your pages to be printed double-sided.

I can't find the journal page I'm looking for.

We're currently still working on finding the best way to upload our items to our store. If you've seen a journal page from our social media and can't find this journal page on our website then please send us an email and we can look into adding this journal page to our website or print it for you on request.

Do you offer digital downloads?

We currently don't offer digital downloads anymore. The only digital downloads currently available are the journal pages shown on our Etsy.
